Biography

Unwritten Pages. The name certainly has a tone to it, and something to live up to. At least, that's how the people behind each release like to approach their musical collaboration first and foremost. Always pushing themselves beyond their own and everyone else's expectations - in every single sense of the word.

As a music journalist once fittingly stated, Unwritten Pages "...is not designed for the ADD crowd of today by any means." If there is one overarching concept shared by every release, it must be the musical journey which is intended to be experienced from start to finish.

Two years after their two-disc debut, Pt.1: Noah, Unwritten Pages released Fringe Kitchen and made it clear that nothing would ever be the same for very long. Recorded at their studio, The Kitchen, and mixed by music veteran Tommy Newton (Ark, Guano Apes), Fringe Kitchen marked a complete musical and lyrical shift. While not being a traditional concept album, there certainly is a theme of self-imprisonment and the presence of a dreadful inner passenger.
